How should I clean my fish aquarium ornaments/decorations? Is bleach OK?

I have a 10 Gallon Aquarium and my decorations are very dirty.
The colour has faded into a dark brown dirty colour.

I researched and found out that I could use a bucket of water and add 1/2 cup of bleach in it and soak my ornaments. I can then take them out and rinse them in HOT Water for about 60 seconds and then they should be safe to put back in the Aquarium.

***I would like to know if these steps are safe and if using bleach is safe.
PLEASE HELP!

How should I clean a fishtank (+rocks+ornaments) for storage so that it will still be safe for new fish later?

Unfortunately, my last guppy (Ernest) has died. I don’t want to get any new fish at the moment, just pack it up. Is there anything that won’t store (it’s got rocks and ornaments and fake plants)? As it won’t be reinhabited immediately, can I use anything stronger than plain water to clean it that won’t affect later inhabitants? Any tips on storing it? It’s made of hard plastic. Thanks.

My Fish Tank Is Really Cloudy And Won't Clear Even With A Filter?

I recently bought a cold water fishtank and a couple of goldfish to go in it for my daughter.

I got a tank which came with an air filter and water filter, the water is pumped through a tube and out the top of the tank and into the filter, while on the other side, air pumps into the tank and out of one of those bubble blower ornaments.

We were told to set up the tank and leave it a while before adding the fish which we did, we also changed 25% of the water once a week but the tank reamins so cloudy we cannot even see the fish, we were told this would settle down after a couple of weeks but it hasn’t at all, it’s been 5 weeks now.

Can anyone help me?
The tank we have is big enough for 2 fish we were told, the water has only been changed so far once and that was after 3 weeks of cycling.

We were told last time that we needed to empty the tank and clean the stones well at the bottom to help it clear, we have done that and I will check with a pet store for the drops I was told about here.

tropical fishtank?

i have had an empty fishtank in my room which i used for tropical fish now however i wish to use it for coldwater fish. is there anything i need to worry about for example, i wont need the heater will i. can i use the same type of filtering system? can i keep the ornaments from before in there or does it all need removing and scrubbing? any advice would be great thanks

in my fishtank i keep getting algae.?

there is no fish in yet,due to the algae problem,the gravel in the bottom and the ornaments cost a packet so i do not want to throw them away,is there any treatment or solution i can buy..many thanks..
notes i need to add;-there is no fish in yet 2-i had it 2nd hand off a mate who had algae in but i throughley cleaned it 4 times and let it stand for 2 month 3i put gravel in,6 plants and light on al the time,and a piece of wooden driftwood 5-it is tropical and i have the heater on all the time and left it for 2 weeks got algae[green]..i know all of you have really took your time to answer the initial question and i am sorry for wasting your time but i thought i would emphasise further..
