Paint for decorations in my Aquarium??
Dont give me any shit about it being bad or it will kill the fish, cause it wont if you use to the right paint. I just want to know if anybody has had sucess using paint in their tanks.
And I dont need to hear "why dont you just go buy decorations its cheaper yadda yadda"
Im artistic and creative and enjoy making decorations for my tank, much more satisfying when you do it yourself instead of shoveling 60 dollars for a big decoration that onyl cost them 5$ to make. So helpful answers only.

Of whatever is used on aquarium decorations. Even fish safe paint or something.
They are smoked bones. The dogs have cleaned all the tasty stuff off and i would scrub the snot out of them

Is there paint that is safe to use on fish aquarium decorations?
I want to sculpt my own aquarium decorations to create a custom theme. I am not sure which clays would be safe. I considered making them out of ceremic clay, but I have no idea about paint. I know most paints wouldn’t be safe, but I know there has to be some. I’ve seen many cheap (yet over-priced) rockish cave decorations painted a variety of horrid neon colors. Also, if anyone knows which clays are safe I’d appreciate the advice. I’d just carve them out of stone if I could.

What is the best thing to clean decorations in your aquarium?
What is the best brush?…. I had this ceramic chinese temple with lions that got messed up when I used this brush (to get rid of the algae- all the paint started to chip off slowly)… Now that I bought new decorations for the aquarium, I just want some opinions as to which are the BEST things to use to clean them. Are there certain brushes to use? Sponges? Sometimes you could read that using certain things are the best but when you DO use them and they mess up your stuff…. it’s best to ask people who have them instead.
Opinions? Advice?
Yes, but are there CERTAIN brushes or sponges that work the best that are the most gentle for the decorations?

How do I make my own aquarium decorations? Are there paints that are "fish safe"?
I want to make a little sign post to put in my tank with a caption on it. I don’t think I can find the one I want in any store, so I would like to make it myself. Can anyone help with with how to make fish tank decorations. Where can I get "fish safe" supplies like paint. Or can I order premade "sticker" type letters to put the caption on. And if i can’t do it myself, is there somewhere i can order an inexpensive custom decoration? Any Ideas?

Aquarium decor?
In art my class made clay art. I made a sweet cactus dude with shades. Can I put him in my aquarium? He is made of clay then painted and put in a kiln. The paint won’t come off. I was just wondering cause I need more decor more my aquarium.
