What are all the things needed to start a 30 gallon aquarium?

I just bought a 30 gallon aquarium….it came with all the decorations…plants…rocks etc….also came with a bubble tube…..a fliter and a heater and thermometer…do I need anything else? Also came with a python tube too……….. am I ready to get started?

Safe do it yourself aquarium decorations?

I am thinking of putting some new decorations into my 10 gallon tank, but I want to make them myself. I’m guessing that seashells are not okay, or are they? And rocks, how can I tell if they are safe for my fish? I have a bag of that concrete mix stuff, could I use that to make some caves and stuff?

Questions about DIY rock decorations for my aquarium?

I was gonna add some rocks from outside to add more decorations. I sprayed pesticide on some rocks outside about 2 months ago. It wasn’t that much in amount but will rocks around it be affected? Also once i get them i boil them and leave them in the sun right? Thanks for all the answers
I also put vinegar on the rock to see if it has some mineral that could change my water parameters right?
Can it be any type of vinegar or does it have to be white vinegar?

Can a cultured marble counter top support a full 20-30 gallon aquarium?

In my bedroom I am planning to get a fish tank. I’m planning on it being to be about 20-30 gallons. So we are talking about 166.8 to 250.2 pounds in terms of water. With a high estimate of 60 pounds of other things (filter, weight of tank, rocks, filter, decorations, etc.) In total, the aquarium will be around 226.8 to 310.2 pounds. I was originally planning to set it on my counter top, which is cultured marble. The fact of the matter is that cultured marble can bend or warp with excessive weight. I’m not knowledgeable enough about cultured marble but I don’t want to set the aquarium up until I have a good enough idea that it will be ok to set it up there.

What should I sell my Aquarium for?

I have a 90 gal. acrylic fish tank. Included will be the rocks, filter, bubble bar, a 3 sm. aquarium decorations, heater, lights and hood, tank vaccum and tank scrapper. Also comes with the stand (homemade black tongue and groove), and 3 large fish : 2 chillidad and 1 chinese sucker. The filter is an Emperor Bio-wheel and the lights cost us around +. All the leftover fish food and acrylic glass cleaner can go too. The tank has a couple scratches but you can hardly tell if you keep it clean. How much should I charge for it all?
